Welcome to Parmars Flooring Centre Ltd.

Your home is possibly the biggest investment you will make. We look forward to giving you the right advice and right product to help you make the right choice for that investment. We have hundreds of samples to view in-store.

About

Parmars Flooring is a business fronted by very experienced people – a focused owner-operator team – Naresh and Elinor Parmar and our sales team. Naresh has been in the shop for the last eighteen years and prior to that was an installer for over twenty years. Elinor has been in the shop for seven years.

TEAM/OWNERS

Naresh and Elinor Parmar are the owner/operators of the business. Naresh and Elinor share the day to day running of the business. Naresh does the measuring and quantifying together with other staff members. Elinor is based in the shop and enjoys talking with and helping people to choose the right product for their project.

    • The Process

    We like you to come into Parmars Flooring to view the great range of options available to you.
    We will –

  • Discuss your project with you to find out what options are best suited to your situation.
  • Look at the options available and lend you samples to take home for 3-4 days.
    It is important to take home as samples always look different in your home with your own lighting and furnishings.
  • Measure – we come to you and measure your job and see if you have made a choice from the samples you have taken. You are welcome to come back to the shop and take more samples if the original colours did not suit.
  • Quote – we then quantify and send you a quote. Not just a total amount but broken down so that you can see the cost of product, installation, underlay, moving furniture etc.
  • Accept – when you accept our quote we ask for a deposit, the product will be ordered and we will set a date that suits you for installation.
  • Installation – we have an experienced team of installers.
  • Follow-up – we will follow up after installation to ensure that all is as you have expected. Final payment is due on completion of the job.
